About Our Service

Our domestic cleaning service always starts with a home visit from Fliss, the business owner. Together, we will create a tailored plan to meet your needs.

Your regular cleans are then assigned to one of our teams, usually comprising one or two people. We will do our utmost to ensure the same people always complete your clean, in the case of team holidays or sickness, you will have the option of a different cleaner or to postpone your clean depending on your preference.

We can hold a key for you, if you don't plan to be at home when we visit. Your keys will be kept in an access-controlled lockbox in our office - or you can be at home when we come to clean for you.

Invoices for cleaning services are sent at the end of each calendar month and we require payment by bank transfer prior to the first clean in a new month.

Our current rate for domestic cleaning is £22.50 per cleaner, per hour plus VAT.

Regular domestic cleans are aimed at keeping on top of the day-to-day needs of your household; such as vacuuming rooms and stairs, general dusting, mopping and cleaning bathrooms/kitchens.

Per Hour of Cleaning Basic rate per cleaning hour	£22.50 per hour, plus VAT
2 Hour Fortnightly Clean Team of two; every two weeks, for 1 hour.	£108.00 per month, inc VAT
3 Hour Fortnightly Clean Team of two; every two weeks, for 1 1/2 hours.	£162.00 per month, inc VAT
2 Hour Weekly Clean Team of two; each week, for 1 hour.	£216.00 per month, inc VAT
3 Hour Weekly Clean Team of two; each week, for 1 1/2 hours.	£324.00 per month, inc VAT

Hassle Free

We bring our own equipment, cleaning products and cloths - and take them away again; so you don't have to do anything prior to our visit and there's nothing to do after we leave, except enjoy a clean home!

Fully Insured

We have public and employers liability insurances in place; in the unlikely event of a breakage or damage to an item, we will aim to replace or compensate.

DBS Checked

All team members are DBS checked as part of the recruitment process to provide peace of mind about who has access to your home.
